Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was competitive without compromising quality.
Noisy. All rooms were outside entrances. We were on the second floor and you could hear everyone walking outside the room and using the stairs.
Service was great we had a problem with the plug where the hair dryer was plugged in. They offered is another room, but I said I would use another plug it was fine great and polite serivce
It was cold there we are from arizona Not your fault.
Appearance, smell, area of town. Just a very big mistake!!
It's a older hotel but okay
Location off interstate and price
Drunk man outside by my vehicle when I was loading to leave.
Rooms tended to smell smokey or maybe moldy and old. Beds were ok but not great. It was a stop over so for a single night on the road it was a good value but not somewhere I would want to spend time.
The quality of the room was old. The workmanship of the bathroom were poor. The area around the hotel is old part of town. Did not get the wake up call we requested.
Clean, comfortable and would stay there again anytime. Very satisfied with our stay.
My only recommendation would be have the little shampoo and conditioners in the rooms.
The fact that it was a cheap hotel, not far away from the highway made the stay really convenient as we left in the morning. It was also relatively quiet for being that closed to a major highway. We essentially got what we paid for, meaning we couldn't expect too much for the price we paid.
There was a lack of facilities at this hotel and it was located pretty far from most attractions in Amarillo. Also, the place did not feel very safe since me and my friend spotted two prostitutes late in the evening which made it feel like a "Hooker-motel". God knows what is going on at this hotel during the late evenings.
room was facing the Interstate, so was noisy.
It was priced well. The location was relatively easy to to reach. It was easy to check-in and check-out. It was relaticely quiet.
Good hotel to stay for 1 of 2 nights. Nice pool, Nice staff.
Our room didn't have a refricherator or microwave. Most other rooms did. Breakfast wasn't very good.
I requested a room away from traffic and got a room in the rear,it was great. Breakfast was good and hot. Shower water was hot. Could not hear noise from other guests
When we came in expecting a cool room after a hot day at the river the air had been turned off by house keeping. Next morning I asked her not to turn it off and she said management told them to turn them off even on those that were booked for more than one night. It would be O.K. to just turn them down but not off.
The Red Roof Inn was comfortable and convient along our route.
it was easy for me to find. i booked it for two nights. although i only needed for one night. the staff was very polite and quickly refunded me one night. i would stay there again
bath tub was broke the stopper was broke but that was all
